Edificio residencial ubicado en Medellín, Colombia. El proyecto busca mimetizarse y acoplarse y respetar el paisaje cercano, principalmente la quebrada que linda con el lote.

Se plantea un edificio con una volumetría dinámica de 8 niveles y se logra un balance entre las formas orgánicas y la ortogonales.

Los materiales naturales permiten articular el edificio visualmente con su entorno, estos son concreto, ladrillo, madera y acero, materiales que perduran en el tiempo.

This residential building is located in Medellín, Colombia. The project seeks to blend into and respectfully engage with the surrounding landscape, particularly the creek that borders the site.
Conceived as an eight level building, its dynamic massing achieves a balance between organic and orthogonal forms. Natural materials such as concrete, brick, wood, and steel articulate the building visually with its context, chosen for their durability and their ability to age gracefully over time.
