En Los Patios, la relación entre interior y exterior se amplifica a través de dobles alturas, jardines elevados y vacíos que conectan la vivienda con el clima y el paisaje. Cada apartamento cuenta con una piscina y zona social integrada, organizadas en torno a patios que oxigenan el espacio y proponen una forma distinta de habitar en altura.

Estas dobles alturas aportan luz, amplitud y una dinámica poco común, donde aun lejos del suelo se experimenta la calma y frescura de un jardín. La vegetación se incorpora como parte activa de la arquitectura, trepando y envolviendo terrazas, corredores y balcones.

El edificio combina materiales naturales como ladrillo rústico, concreto cálido, acero, vidrio y madera, generando una riqueza de texturas que acentúan la experiencia sensorial del espacio. Una arquitectura abierta y serena que busca equilibrio entre lo construido y lo natural.
