ARQUITECTURA ALH CATEGORÍA RESIDENCIAL MEDELLÍN, COLOMBIA AÑO 2019

Edificio residencial ubicado en Medellín, Colombia con un lote rodeado por una zona de reserva y un parque lineal, por lo que el proyecto busca mimetizarse y acoplarse al paisaje cercano.

Se plantea un edificio inspirado en el nido de gulungo, que se desarrolla en ocho niveles de apartamentos, por medio de una volumetría dinámica, entrelazada y orgánica que parte de la creación de balcones a doble altura y que establecen una relación visual con la reserva, el parque y la ciudad.

Los materiales son concreto, ladrillo, madera y acero, materiales que perduran en el tiempo y que por su textura y color que ayudan a mimetizarse en el paisaje verde.

This residential building is located in Medellín, Colombia, on a site surrounded by a protected natural reserve and a linear park. The project seeks to blend seamlessly into its surroundings, establishing a close relationship with the adjacent landscape.

Inspired by the gulungo nest, the building rises across eight residential levels through a dynamic, interwoven, and organic massing. Double height balconies shape the volume and create strong visual connections with the reserve, the park, and the city beyond.

The material palette includes concrete, brick, wood, and steel, chosen for their durability and for the texture and color that allow the building to merge naturally with the surrounding greenery.
