Edificio de uso mixto en Medellín, Colombia que cuenta con apartamentos, oficinas y restaurantes. Su volumetría singular es determinada por las curvas esquineras del lote donde se emplaza.

Este proyecto logra una respuesta urbana a su entorno inmediato con un zócalo comercial y espacio de estancia. Tiene espesos jardines en altura con una gran variedad de especies generando dinamismo en las fachadas.

Los materiales usados son ladrillo, acero y vidrio, estos perduran en el tiempo y que por su textura y color permite que el edificio se mimetice en su entorno.

This mixed use building in Medellín, Colombia accommodates apartments, offices, and restaurants. Its singular massing is defined by the curved corners of the lot on which it sits, shaping a distinctive urban presence.

The project responds to its immediate context through a commercial base and generous areas for gathering and staying. Lush elevated gardens with a wide variety of species introduce movement and depth to the façades, bringing life to the building at different levels.

The material palette of brick, steel, and glass ensures durability over time while allowing the building to blend naturally into its surroundings through texture and color.
