Edificio de 6 aptos de 320m2 en donde la interacción con el exterior está muy presente.  Cada apartamento cuenta con una piscina embebida en la losa. Además, poseen un matorral en algunos de sus bordes el cual da la sensación de estar en una casa de un primer piso. Los materiales usados son lámina de acero, acero, ladrillo, concreto, madera y vidrio.

Un proyecto en donde cada piso cuenta con una piscina interior enmarcada por una enorme ventana con un sutil mecanismo que mueve pesada y artesanal puerta vidriera, una espesura de árboles y vegetación que crece en los bordes de losa y 3,50 mts de altura libre, le dan la identidad a esta edificación.

Este edificio alberga Lofts Urbanos, de carácter fabril, de amplios y altos espacios construidos con ladrillos rústicos macizos, y ventanas de acero reticuladas que al plegarse hacia el interior integran la ciudad, el parque de enormes arboles ubicado al frente y el exuberante jardín de sus fachadas con el interior del loft.  Este particular edificio es al mismo tiempo espacio de oficinas, o refugio para artistas o apacible sitio de vivienda.

Building of 6 apartments of 320m2 where the interaction with the outside is very present. Each apartment has a pool embedded in the slab. They also have diverse vegetation in some of its edges which gives the feeling of being in a house on the first floor. The materials used are steel sheet, steel, brick, concrete, wood and glass.This six-unit residential building is composed of 320 m² apartments where interaction with the outdoors is a defining element. Each apartment features a pool embedded within the floor slab, while dense vegetation along selected edges creates the sensation of living in a ground-level house rather than within a multi-story building. The material palette includes steel sheets and structure, brick, concrete, wood, and glass.

Each level is defined by an interior pool framed by a large window with a subtle, heavy, and artisanal sliding glass door. Generous 3.50-meter ceiling heights, along with trees and vegetation growing along the slab edges, shape the identity of the building and reinforce its strong connection to nature.

The building houses urban lofts with an industrial character—spacious, tall interiors constructed with solid rustic brick and reticulated steel windows that fold inward, integrating the city, the park of large trees across the street, and the lush façade gardens with the interior spaces. This unique building functions simultaneously as workspace, artists’ refuge, or a calm place to live.
