Hotel 23 se concibe como un oasis tropical en medio de la ciudad, una arquitectura pensada desde la relación con el sol y su influencia en el clima, el descanso y la vida social. Un lugar donde la calma, la celebración y el deseo de descubrir conviven en un mismo ecosistema.

El proyecto busca ofrecer una experiencia inmersiva que permita a los huéspedes habitar el trópico a través de su luz, sus colores y sus sensaciones. El hotel cuenta con 28 habitaciones distribuidas en seis tipologías, salas de relajación en cada nivel, una terraza con piscina, una sala de reuniones y un restaurante abierto en el primer piso.

La arquitectura irrumpe el entorno urbano sin imponerse: el equilibrio entre la piedra de tonalidad amarilla y la vegetación frondosa que recorre la fachada y el interior construye una atmósfera natural, fresca y armónica, donde el paisaje y el edificio se funden.

Hotel 23 is conceived as a tropical oasis within the city, shaped by the presence of the sun and its influence on climate, rest, and social life. It is a place where relaxation, celebration, and the desire to explore coexist within a carefully crafted environment.

The project offers an immersive experience that allows guests to inhabit the tropics through light, color, and atmosphere. The hotel features 28 rooms across six typologies, relaxation lounges on every level, a rooftop terrace with a small pool, a meeting room, and a restaurant at ground level.

The building engages the urban landscape without overpowering it. The balance between warm stone tones and lush vegetation, woven through the facade and interior spaces, creates a fresh and harmonious atmosphere where architecture and nature merge seamlessly.
